A little help
getting started.

Open your care space, add an update and review it before saving. Connect a phone whenever you want to use voice.

    Open your care space

    Choose Open Parse on the welcome page. No account is needed. Each browser has a separate workspace with example records.

    Today shows attention items and recent updates. Use Timeline, Medications, Care and Log to explore the records. On a smaller screen, open the menu to see these views.

  2. Add and review an entry

    Choose Add entry, select a type and enter the details. For a first try, add a care note such as “Enjoyed a walk in the garden.”

    Choose Review proposal, check the read-back and wording, then choose Confirm and save. The entry is saved only after this separate confirmation. Find it in Timeline or Log.

  3. Connect your phone

    On a laptop, choose Connect → Pair phone → Create pairing QR. Scan the QR with your phone and open the link in Safari on iPhone or Chrome on Android.

    On the phone, choose Connect this phone. Compare the six-digit code, then choose Codes match — connect phone on the laptop. A QR can be used once and expires after 10 minutes.

  4. Record a voice update

    Allow microphone access on the phone when asked. Choose Start recording, speak a short update, then choose Stop recording. Keep the phone page open. Recordings stop automatically after 20 seconds.

    To hear audio as it arrives, turn on Listen live on the laptop; headphones help avoid feedback. When the transcript is ready, choose Review care update and check the proposal before Confirm and save.

  5. Check records and prepare a summary

    Choose Check records from Today to find a reading, medication report or open request and inspect its source.

    For a summary, open Timeline → Prepare summary. Choose a purpose and date range, then Prepare draft. Review the statements and sources, save the review, and use the available print or share actions. In a browser workspace, summary links stay within that same workspace.
